10 Year Guarantee

 

We strive to produce the best locks on the market. Many of our locks are independently attack tested to ensure that the products we produce are of the highest quality.

As a family business, we stand by our reputation for long-lasting toughness by offering a personal 10-year guarantee from John Squire on almost all of our products. Whether you want to secure an outbuilding, protect your bike, motorbike or valuable belongings we have a Squire lock for you.

 

The 10 year guarantee covers failures such as:

Cylinder failure

The lock not opening or closing with the supplied key

The lock not locking or unlocking when the selected combination code is inserted

Lock malfunction due to manufacturing anomaly

 

The guarantee does not apply under the following circumstances:

Lock has been attacked and resulted in damage (Shackle or chain cut or body showing signs of attack)

Lock has not been lubricated as per instructions (once every 2-3 months with a silicone or PTFE lubricant)

Use of third party keys – Genuine key blanks are required to ensure the best performance of the lock, copy blanks can result in the warranty being voided.

We do not cover consequential loss or any other costs relating to our products.
